For an initial enquiry, include what you want to build, the current situation, the intended users, any important integrations, and the approximate timeline if known. Sensitive credentials or production secrets should not be sent in an introductory message.

A clearer brief leads to a better first response.
You do not need a complete specification. Explain the objective, users, existing system, important integrations, and known constraints. The form validates the enquiry server-side before delivery.

Current systems
Share any existing website, application, provider, API, data source, workflow, or platform the new work must integrate with or replace.
